this is by far the best place you could work out the owner is is very low cost and allows multiple workouts in one week he works one-on-one sessions with you and no one is neglected and brought into the family he is on there since about 2010 and hold multiple and different sessions a day without him I wouldn't be where I am today I've been working hard for the past year with coaching

My favorite gym in Hawaii! I started going there shortly after it opened up. I trained for my first powerlifting competition and my first strongman competition with the people of this gym . Awesome people and atmosphere! I look forward to going back there and armwrestling one of the owners there again.
